Quick guide
Tip: grind right before brewing and keep your water between 198 and 205 °F to protect the aromas of the roast.
The ritual
No barista gear required. Weigh, grind and control the temperature and you already have 90% of the result.
Step 01
60 g of coffee per liter of water. Grind fresh and dial it in for your brewer.
Step 02
Water at 198–205 °F. Wet the bed, wait 30 seconds, then pour in slow circles.
Step 03
Bitter? Grind coarser. Thin? Grind finer. Two tries and you have it dialed in.
From origin to your cup
We work with small lots from high-altitude farms in Ethiopia, Guatemala, Brazil and Mexico. Every lot is cupped before we buy it, and it only joins the lineup if it brings something the others do not. Then we roast it here, in small charges, so it reaches your kitchen with its aroma intact.
“Roasting should not hide the coffee — it should reveal it.”
We profile every lot on short, controlled curves, chasing sweetness before intensity.

Frequently asked
Still unsure about something? Write to us and we will come back with the exact recommendation for your brewer.
Whole bean by default, since it keeps the aroma far better. If you prefer it ground, tell us your brew method in the order notes and we will grind it before it ships.
We roast weekly in small batches and ship within the following 48 hours. Every box carries its roast date printed on it.
If you drink espresso or coffee with milk, go for Molten Caramel. If you like it smooth and cocoa-forward, choose Velvet Cocoa. For something bright and fruity, Lemon Glaze. Or take the three-roast kit and decide for yourself.
Around 20 filter cups or 45 espressos. For two people having one cup a day, about two weeks.
Sealed in its own bag, somewhere dry, cool and out of direct light. Skip the fridge: moisture and odors ruin the cup profile.
